INCIDENT REPORT: The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) had conducted 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋 𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐂𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 (Medevac) to Mr. Drozhzhyn Sergiy, a 71 year old Ukrainian crew of M/V "UHL Falcon" along the vicinity waters off Palapag, Northern Samar on 17 August 2023.

Said crew suffered from chest pain with feeling of weakness and dizziness.

Upon receiving the directives from Headquarters Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas, the Coast Guard Station Northern Samar and Coast Guard Sub-Station Allen personnel had conducted Medevac together with CG Special Operations Group (SOG) Eastern Visayas, CG K9 Northern Samar and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office.

Meanwhile, they had reached the rendezvous area and transported the patient to Catarman Doctors Hospital.

Mr. Sergiy had received immediate medical attention and was declared to be in good condition by the attending physician.
