LOOK: The Canadian Embassy dignitaries, Mr Timothy Morgan, Deputy Program Manager and Ms Melanie Yap, Readiness Program Officer, were warmly welcomed by Coast Guard personnel spearheaded by CG District Southeastern Mindanao (CGDSEM), Acting Deputy Commander, CG Captain Anuar Inidal and District Chief of Staff, CG Commander Angela Tobias as they paid a courtesy visit aboard CG Station Davao, Sta. Ana Wharf, Davao City.

During the meeting, they were explained the maritime jurisdiction of the CGDSEM where Coast Guard personnel perform their mandated tasks.

Moreover, the security and emergency measures taken by CGDSEM and its Stations were also highlighted along with joint inter-agency security exercises and meetings.

Presently, CGDSEM and its Coast Guard Stations are continuously coordinating with its stakeholders as a manifestation of the District's commitment towards mutual cooperation and partnership in Davao Region.
