The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has recognized 345 under the Coast Guard Non-Officer's Course (CGNOC) Class 102-2023 "Mangisalakan” at the Regional Training Center - Aurora on 28 January 2024.

Coast Guard Education, Training and Doctrine Commander, CG Vice Admiral Charlie Rances, presided over the event.

CG Vice Admiral Rances acknowledged the trainees for their hard work and sacrifices. 

He also thanked the dedicated training staff for their collective efforts and commitment to molding future Coast Guardians.

Coast Guard District North Eastern Luzon Commander, CG Captain Ludovico Librilla Jr, also graced the event.
