The Coast Guard District Southeastern Mindanao (CGDSEM) has intensified its relief operations to aid affected communities due to flash floods.

From 03 to 04 February 2024, the CGDSEM assisted in delivering essential supplies for 1,200 residents of Barangay Esperanza, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.

Coast Guardians also supported evacuating 250 families and distributing relief supplies in Barangay Cabuaya, Mati City, Davao Oriental.

The PCG also helped distribute 1,400 relief boxes for the affected families at Barangay San Antonio and Barangay Pangibaran in Mabini, Davao de Oro.
