Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Commandant, CG Admiral Ronnie Gil Gavan, presided over the graduation ceremony of Coast Guard Non-Officer's Course (CGNOC) Class 102-2023 “MANGISALAKAN” at Regional Training Center - Aurora on 07 May 2024.

CG Admiral Gavan expressed his warm congratulations to the 344 male trainees of RTC Aurora and he reminded them to never lose sight of what it means to be in the public service.

In his message, CG Admiral Gavan emphasized that as they graduate, they are commanded to uphold the PCG’s basic tenets, tradition, and values.

"This is just the beginning for what lies ahead, as life in the PCG is not easy; we are a special group called upon to be at the forefront of our country's response to emergencies, to save lives, maintain peace and order, and enforce the law," he furthered.

Also present during the ceremony were Commander, Coast Guard Education, Training and Doctrine Command, CG Vice Admiral Charlie  Rances; Commander, Coast Guard District North Eastern Luzon, Captain Ludovico  Librilla Jr; and Superintendent, Coast Guard Non-officer School, CG Captain John  Aguinaldo.
