The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has served over 1,600 residents during the medical and dental missions in Balabac, Palawan.

Coast Guard personnel provided free minor surgeries, medical consultations, dental procedures, circumcisions, blood sugar testing, and blood typing to the beneficiaries.

“These efforts significantly enhanced access to medical care, directly contributing to the improved health and well-being of the communities in Barangay Sebaring and mainland Balabac,” the Coast Guard Station (CGS) South Western Palawan said in a statement.

The CGS South Western Palawan included the medical and dental missions in connection with the celebration of the 123rd PCG Founding Anniversary that were also supported by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) Balabac and local government units.
