The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has congratulated 32 paralegal specialists who were part of the Coast Guard Paralegal Specialization Course Class 15-2025 βPARA-BAKKBASβ at National Headquarters, Port Area, Manila, today 05 June 2025.
The successful pursuit of this course is in alignment with the vision of President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr. for the PCG to intensify the competencies and knowledge of its personnel pertaining to Philippine Laws thereby contributing to the advancement of its operational effectiveness.
Said activity was presided over by the Acting Commander, Coast Guard Education Training and Doctrine Command (CGETDC), Rear Admiral Tito Alvin Andal PCG.
During his speech, Rear Admiral Andal PCG expressed his gratitude to the graduating class for selecting the Paralegal Specialization Course.

The duties you will perform from assisting legal officers in drafting complaints and investigate reports to playing a key role in maritime incident inquiries and court filings require diligence, precision, and an unwavering commitment to ethical practice.
