The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) signed a Memorandum of Agreement ( MOA ) with De Ocampo Memorial College Inc (DOMC) on board BRP Gabriela Silang (OPV-8301) at Pier 13, Port Area, Manila, today, July 15, 2025.

This ceremony presided over by the Coast Guard Dental Surgeon, Commodore Rodolfo Ingel Jr. PCG, and DOMC President, Dr. Vicente Antonio De Ocampo was designed to foster continuing partnership and promoting institutional growth as envisioned by the President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr.

Under the MOA, the DOMC shall provide discounts to PCG active personnel for the Dental Technology TESDA IV and Dental Hygienist TESDA IV Training Programs. Part of this agreement also emphasizes that DOMC shall offer seminars and workshops for PCG in relation to dental science. While, PCG shall facilitate opportunities and support the DOMC in conducting civil relations operations, as well as support teaching/clinical practicum activities.
