The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG)’s Maritime Security Law Enforcement Command (MARSLEC) initiated a coastal clean-up activity that led to the collection of 800 sacks of waste along the coastline of Dolomite Beach in Manila Bay on July 17, 2025.

The said initiative, which was part of the Command’s 11th Founding Anniversary celebration, supported President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr.'s call to protect the country's marine environment.

The Southern Police District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB BCAS), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) also joined the undertaking.
