Joint authorities conducted a relief operation at Barangay Cabanbanan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental on July 19, 2025.

Guided by the directives of President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr., the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) remains committed to serving the Filipino people.

The joint efforts led to the successful distribution of relief packs to 35 affected families, consisting of 106 individuals who were severely impacted by the recent flooding caused by Tropical Depression #CrisingPH.

The PCG upholds its unwavering commitment to deliver timely humanitarian aid and protect the welfare of communities across the region especially in times of disaster.

In close coordination with the Local Government Unit of Himamaylan, the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD), the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Himamaylan, and the 542nd Engineering Battalion of the Philippine Army, the said operation was successfully carried out.
