The personnel from the Coast Guard District National Capital Region - Central Luzon (CGDNCR-CL) including personnel from Coast Guard Station Malacañang (CGSM) and the Civil Relations Group, successfully held a feeding program today, 26 July 2025 at Barangay 829, Otis, Manila near Malacañang Park.

The initiative aimed to provide comfort to families affected by the recent impact of Typhoon Crising, particularly children, through a collaborative community effort that benefited around 200 individuals from Barangays 829 and 832.

Spearheaded by Aksyon Kabataan composed of the SK Federation of Pandacan, Manila, and the Youth Development and Welfare Bureau the volunteers prepared and served champorado, a beloved Filipino comfort food, and sliced bread generously provided by Gardenia Philippines in partnership with126th PCGA Auxiliary Squadron and as well as candies to bring joy to the children.

The activity was also supported by the Intensified Community Assistants Awareness Response Engagement (ICARE) Campaign, which aims to provide humanitarian assistance to communities in need.
