Personnel of Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Sub-Station (CGSS) in Infanta confiscated illegally-cut lumbers amounting to β±23,174 onboard an unnamed motorbanca at Sitio Maligaya, Barangay Dinahican, Infanta, Quezon on midnight of 01 March 2020.
The PCG team, together with personnel from the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of Real, Quezon, boarded said motorbanca and found out that the illegally-cut lumbers were owned by Reymart De Leon of Sitio Loilo, Barangay Comunoz, General Nakar, Infanta, Quezon.
The joint PCG β CENRO team confiscated 64 pieces of illegal lumber with an aggregate volume of 662.12 board feet and brought it to the DENR Impounding Area at Barangay Abiawin, Infanta, Quezon for safekeeping.Β
