Gracing the event as Keynote Speaker is Chief Justice Lucas P. Bersamin of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.

Among the topics are Legal Ethics, International Law, Legal Writing and Oral Advocacy, Arbitration, Competition Law, Trial and Pre-trial Skills, Maritime and Seafarer Law Reform, Commercial Law, Gender, Insurance Law, Labor Law, Data Privacy Law, Technology, and panel discussion on Philippine Foreign Relations and the West Philippine Sea.

This program gives Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credits to all attending lawyers as mandated by the governing board where every member of the IBP must complete at least 36 credit units of MCLE every three years during the compliance period.

Pre-convention activities including sports fest, cheer dance competition, and MS. IBP 2019 selection were also conducted from March 25-27.
