PCG Bicol: Motor banca “Nicole” skippered by Dondon Capistrano and motor banca “Alvin” skippered by Alvin Maestro were apprehended by the Coast Guard Station Camarines Norte and Coast Guard Sub-Station Mercedes for unauthorized carrying of passenger at vicinity waters of Brgy Apuao, Apuao Island, Mercedes, Camarines Norte yesterday, May 19

Both captains were also arrested for operating the said boat without license. The team subsequently issued Maritime Violation Receipt for the said incident.
