MANILA, Philippines (02 October 2019). To formally welcome the newest additional members of the organization, 14 cadets took oath before PCG Commandant Admiral Elson E Hermogino and signed a scholarship contract as part of the 10th batch of the PCG-Philippine Merchant Marine Academy Cadetship and Sponsorship Program aboard Coast Guard Education Training and Doctrine Command at Farola Compound, Binondo, Manila this morning, October 2.

Commodore Oscar C Endona Jr, Commander of Coast Guard Education Training and Doctrine Command also graced the activity.

The scholarship program started since 2009 granting full scholarship fee to every PCG Cadet trained by PMMA.
