BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has rescued a man who jumped off the Roll-on / Roll-off (RoRo) vessel docked at Bredco Port in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental on 27 November 2019.

Upon receipt of report, PCG Deployable Response Team, together with the Search and Rescue Operations Unit in Bacolod, conducted the rescue operation.

The victim was identified as 31-year old Christopher Kho from Apalit, Pampanga who was allegedly under the influence of liquor when the incident happened.

Kho was turned-over to the Philippine National Police Station 2 in Bacolod City for proper custody and further investigation.
