PCG: Personnel of Coast Guard Sub-station (CGSS) Maitum still searches for a fisherman identified as Mr Regalado Gubaldo who went for a fishing venture at the vicinity waters off Kiambing, Maitum, Sarangani Province onboard an undocumented motor banca and failed to return home since 05 February until this date, according to reports from his wife, Mrs Jocelyn C Gubaldo.

The motor banca was recovered last February 06 at one nautical mile of Sitio Saub, Barangay Mabay, Sarangani Province however, without Mr Gubaldo. Subject motor banca was turned-over to the owner for safekeeping.

CGSS Maitum personnel advised all local fishermen and nearby coastal barangays to be on the lookout and report to the nearest PCG units for possible sightings of the said missing fisherman.
