PCG: 200 PCG personnel headed by Rear Admiral Rolando D Legaspi PCG, Commander of Coast Guard District National Capital Region - Central Luzon participated in various activities in commemoration of the 32nd Anniversary of EDSA People Power Revolution such as Wreath-laying Ceremony at the Libingan ng mga Bayani, re-enactment of the historical “Salubungan” led by forces against the Marcos dictatorship in 1986 and free Medical and Dental missions at the People Power Monument in Quezon City along with other personnel from the military and local government units today, February 25.

This year’s commemoration has the theme “EDSA 2018: Effecting Change Towards Strengthened Democracy.”
