PCG: The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) personnel lauded one of its Commissioned Officers namely LTJG Aicel Joy J Mayor PCG, for successfully passing the 2017 Philippine Bar Examinations in a simple ceremony held during the Monday Morning Colors at the National Headquarters in Manila this morning, April 30.

On behalf of the PCG Commandant RADM ELSON E HERMOGINO PCG, the Chief of Coast Guard Staff Commo Eduardo D Fabricante PCG presented the CPCG’s Certificate of Recognition to Attorney Aicel Joy Mayor, LTJG PCG, for her outstanding achievement in successfully passing the 2017 Bar Examination.

The said 116th BAR exam is the most prestigious professional licensure exam in the country for aspiring lawyers exclusively supervised by the Supreme Court. Statistics showed a total of 1,724 out of 6,748 (25.55%) successfully hurdled the said bar exam.  

ATTY MAYOR, LTJG PCG, a 2008 BS Nursing graduate of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod Ng Maynila (PLM) in Intramuros took her Law Degree on the same school from 2013-2017. She is likewise a member of Coast Guard Officer’s Course (CGOC) Class 12-2010 “Lakbay-Lahi” and is currently the Acting Deputy of the Logistics Office / CG4 at the NHQ-PCG.
