PCG: Elements of Coast Guard Multi Role Response Vessel 4408 (BRP Cape San Agustin) successfully evacuated the ill crew of a Panama Flag Vessel MV "K. DAPHNE" at the vicinity waters off Talicud Island Davao City last Thursday, October 25.

The crew identified as Mr. Than Htike Aung, a Myanmar National was reportedly suffering from mild breathing difficulty which resulted to continuous chest pain for more than four days.
