PCG: 215 certified lifeguards composed of 198 male and 17 female took their oath before the Deputy Commandant for Operations of the Philippine Coast Guard Rear Admiral Rolando D Legaspi after they completed the Basic Life Saving (BLS) Course at White House Resort, Station 1 in Boracay last Friday, October 26.

During the event, a capability exercise was performed by said lifeguards where they had demonstrated the different life saving techniques in drowning scenarios.
