PCG: Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Kiamba is still on search for the one (1) missing crew of F/B “Oyet 7” who allegedly fell overboard at vicinity waters 122 nautical miles off Kiamba, Sarangani Province last January 29.

The incident was reported by Mrs. Nelia M Figueras, Liason of Julemfi Fishing to CGSS Kiamba.

The missing crew was identified as a certain Reynaldo Combes, 38 yrs old, a resident of Brgy Lun Padidu, Malapatan, Sarangani Province.

During an inquiry, Captain Jovane Bacaltos, skipper of F/B “Oyet 7” disclosed that they have noticed that Combes was missing since breakfast.

After conducting morning muster, they immediately searched for the victim onboard but Combes was nowhere to be found.

Coast Guard Station (CGS) Gensan has already issued a Notice to all Mariners to all vessels and local fisherfolks to be on the look-out of the missing crew and to render necessary assistance and to report to the nearest PCG unit if sighted.
