PCG: Philippine Coast Guard  Officer-in-Charge, Commodore Joel S Garcia PCG, Ph.D., H.D., Al-Haj had led in the welcoming of 65 students and nine (9) members of the faculty of Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) Class 52 at Headquarters Philippine Coast Guard in Manila today, February 3.

The class is composed of military officers, civilian government officials, and executives from private sector and allied military officers from Brunei, India, Malaysia, Nigeria, Singapore and Sri Lanka. 

Said visit aims to orient the MNSA students to the PCG’s transformation roadmap and modernization program in addressing threats to the maritime and national security.
