The Philippine Coast Guard rendered a Testimonial Parade and Review in honor of First Master Chief Petty Officer (FMCPO) Erwin Barja Bellen PCG today, March 1 at Headquarters Coast Guard Ready Force at Pier 13, Port Area, Manila. 

FMCPO Bellen was designated as the Command Master Chief of the Philippine Coast Guard from September 2015 to January 2017. He has also served the Armed Forces of the Philippines and Philippine Coast Guard for thirty-four (34) years.

A father to three children namely Joseph, Grace and Jayson and a good husband to his wife, Juliet, FMCPO Bellen is a proud native of Bacacay, Albay.
