PCG: Atty Efren A Legaspi,  Manager, Estate Management Department, PNOC has formally turned over to CDR VIVIEN JANE E CAY PCG, Director, CG Real Estate Management Office (REMO) the Transfer Certificate of Title of 4, 195 square meter lot in Pureza Manila  presently occupied by Sub Station Pureza today, 16 March 2017.

The property was donated by PNOC to the PCG last 24 February 2017. This donation is one of the projects of Coast Guard REMO of acquiring real properties from partner government agencies in line with the capability development of the PCG. Witnessing the turnover of title are Mrs Priscilla Javier, Division Chief, State Management Department and ENS JERAPHE ZAFPA PCG, Deputy REMO, at PNOC Building, Energy Center, Merrit Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
