PCG: Joint personnel of Coast Guard Station (CGS) Ozamiz, CGS Dapitan, CGK-9 Unit, Special Operation Group Advance Post (SOGAP)-Dapitan and Misamis Occidental Police Provincial Office (PPO) successfully conducted Joint Anti-illegal Drugs Operations “Oplan Galugad” at Misamis Occidental Provincial Jail last Saturday, September 02.

The team conducted surprise “Oplan Galugad” to all in mate rooms and personal belongings at said provincial jail utilizing two (2) Narcotic Detection Dogs and one (1) Explosive Detection Dog.

After the operation, the team confiscated the following items:

• fifty three (53) sachets of suspected methamphetamine (shabu)

• one (1) improvised gun

• four (4) deadly weapons

• two (2) cell phones with accessories and

• undetermined drug paraphernalias

Said confiscated items were properly turned over to Misamis Occidental Police Provincial Office for proper disposition.
