PCG. Coast Guard Sub-Station Bredco personnel successfully retrieved the cadaver of Mr. Eddie Bason, the earlier reported man who fell off from Bredco Port while fishing with his friend last Sunday, September 17.

Mrs. Edcel B Bergacera, a resident of Brgy. Granada, Glendale Homes, Bacolod City, reported to CGSS Bredco that a floating dead body was seen at vicinity water off  Cambodia, Bredco Port, Reclamation Area, Bacolod City.

Upon receipt of the report, personnel of Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Bredco immediately proceeded at the said vicinity and conducted search and retrieval operations. At 8AM of the same date, the cadaver was successfully retrieved at vicinity waters approximately 200 meters away from the shoreline of Cambodia.

The lifeless body of Mr.Bason was properly turned over to his family and was brought to Alisbo Funeral Homes, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental for proper disposition.
