PCG: Personnel of Coast Guard Sub-station Sindangan rescued a drifting fishing boat FB “Predator 1” with eight (8) crews onboard who was in distressed along the waters off Siari, Sindangan Bay, Zamboanga del Norte last Wednesday, November 08.

The team, upon receipt of the report, immediately proceeded to the above-mentioned area and conducted search and rescue operations. The fishing banca was then sighted continuously drifting and was towed to the nearest shoreline.

After ensuring the completeness of the crew the rescued fishermen were sent home to their respective families.
