PCG: Coast Guard Station Camarines Norte declared the safe return of the 11 fishermen to their families who were reported missing for fishing venture last November 08, after receiving a phone call from Kagawad Ezequiel A Zuñiga Sr of brgy 4, Mercedes, Camarines Norte yesterday, November 10.

Further, information gathered revealed that the fishermen managed to take shelter last November 09 at Butauanan Island, Siruma Camarines Sur when they encountered unfavourable sea and weather conditions for fishing ventures.
