PCG: Two fishermen who went missing in Ilocos Sur after going out on a fishing venture were found and rescued by local fisher folks last February 18.

Reports revealed that Rogelio Ancheta and John Kevin Tisbe, went fishing at vicinity waters 30 nautical miles West of Cabugao last February 17 onboard M/Bca Six Roses but failed to return on the same date.

A certain Mr Michael Raquedan, relative of the victims, called Coast Guard Station Salomague and reported that the missing fishermen were already found by the local fishing folks at 30 nautical miles away from the shoreline of Barangay Daklapan Sur, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur.

The victims were immediately brought to the nearest hospital for further medical assessment and were later sent home to their respective families.
