PCG. Coast Guard Sub-Station Guiuan personnel together with MDRRMC Guiuan found the floating cadaver of the earlier reported missing high school students in Guiuan, Eastern Samar on February 28.

Investigation revealed that the victims namely Lara Mae Samson, 15 years old from Brgy Housing and Mark Anthony Tangkeon, 15 years old of Brgy Mercedes, Eastern Samar, went swimming last February 25 at 4:30PM at the vicinity waters of Brgy Pagnamitan, Guiuan, Eastern Samar and suddenly went missing. 

The said cadavers were found by the CGSS Guiuan SAR Team and were later turned-over to their respective families for proper disposition.
