Personnel of  Coast Guard District North Western Luzon, Coast Guard Station San Fernando, Coast Guard Sub-station Aringay together with Coast Guard Medical and Dental personnel conducted a simultaneous OPLAN "Tuli" and OPLAN "Bunot" at the Multi-purpose Hall in Barangay Samara, Aringay, La Union last April 29.

Said activity was spearheaded by Coast Guard District Northwestern Luzon Commander, CAPT LEOVIGILDO G PANOPIO PCG.

A total of fourteen (14) patients were circumcised while twenty (20) patients availed of the free dental consultation. Thirty (30) residents of the said barangay had undergone tooth extraction.

The said mission was conducted in line with the PCG Community Relations effort to reach out to and serve the public especially those who are in remote areas and to give them a free access to medical and dental assistance.
