PCG: Officer-In-Charge Rear Admiral WILLIAM M. MELAD today led the graduation ceremony of Coast Guard Officer’s Course Class 16-2015 at the Headquarters, Philippine Coast Guard.

The CGOC Class 16-2015, composed of 16 female and 23 male officers, took a nine-month basic training to include military, tactical and physical development training at the Coast Guard Officers Basic Education and Training Center in Bagac, Bataan.

The event was attended by the parents and relatives of the graduating class while the officers from the headquarters welcomed the newly graduates to the officers corps.
