PCG: The Coast Guard Education and Training Command (CGETC) held a joint graduation and convening ceremony of Senior Chief Petty Officers Course (SCPOC) Class 05-2014 and Maritime Safety Administration Course (MARSAD) Class 19-2015 with COMMO DANILO M UBALDO PCG as the Guest of Honor at Coast Guard Base Farola last March 10, 2015.

Chief Petty Officer Noli T Caspillo PCG, the top-notcher of the SCPOC class together with 27 other  students underwent five months training for the said course to develop them with the required administrative skills in performing their duties and responsibilities as Chief Master-at-Arms and Command Master Chief Petty Officers.

Meanwhile, students who will undergo MARSAD for three months will prepare and qualify them to perform vessel and navigational safety administration functions in order for them to become qualified ships inspectors.
