Rear Admiral Cecil R Chen PCG, Commander of Coast Guard Fleet was the keynote speaker of the change of command ceremony of two Coast Guard vessels at the Headquarters Coast Guard Ready Force on Tuesday, April 14. 

Captain Eduardo D Fabricante PCG is the new Commanding Officer of BRP San Juan (SARV 001) while Commander Hostillo E Cornelio PCG is the new Commanding Officer of BRP Corregidor (AE-891). At the said ceremony, three Coast Guard officers were also awarded the Command-at-Sea Plaque namely Capt Joseph B Badajos PCG, Capt Jose William U Isaga PCG and Lt Christopher P Auro PCG. Captain Artemio M Abu PCG, Commander of Coast Guard Ready Force presided the event.
