PCG: COMMANDER NORIKAZU HIGUCHI JCG, head of Anti-Piracy Team of Japan Coast Guard together (JCG) with seven JCG officers paid a courtesy call to Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Commandant, Admiral Rodolfo D Isorena and a visit to the facilities and assets of the agency today, 11 May 2015.

The officers proceeded to Headquarters Coast Guard Ready Force for the observation tour at PCG buoy tender, BRP Corregidor (AE-891) and search and rescue vessel, BRP Nueva Vizcaya (SARV-3502) docked in Pier 13, Manila. They also toured around the other PCG facilities such as the diving training facility and the laboratory in Marine Environmental Protection Command located at Coast Guard Base Farola, Binondo, Manila.
