Rear Admiral Cecil R Chen PCG, the commander of Coast Guard Fleet presided the turn-over ceremony of the Coast Guard Special Operations Group (CGSOG) at the Headquarters Coast Guard Ready Force (HCGRF), Pier 13, South Harbor, Manila yesterday, 02 July.

Commander Edgardo T Hernando PCG, assumed as the new commander of Coast Guard Special Operations Group (CGSOG) while the outgoing commander, Commander Inocencio C Rosario PCG is assigned as the new Deputy Commander of Coast Guard District South Western Mindanao.
