PCG: Admiral Rodolfo D Isorena, Commandant Philippine Coast Guard spearheaded the donning and oath-taking ceremony of the forty one newly commissioned PCG ensigns at the Headquarters Philippine Coast Guard today, July 21. The ceremony was also attended by Rear Admiral William M Melad, PCG Deputy Commandant, Captain Oscar C Endona Jr, Chief of Coast Guard Staff and other heads of offices.
