PCG: An unidentified cadaver was retrieved by the elements of Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Talicud at the vicinity waters of Sitio Mansud, Brgy Dadatan, Talicud Island last Tuesday, July 28.

A certain Danny Rabaja informed CGSS Talicud that he noticed the cadaver while conducting fishing venture at said vicinity. Immediately, the Coast Guard conducted retrieval operation onboard aluminum boat. 

They spotted the lifeless and bloated body with unrecognizable face, wearing a gray/brown slacks, polo shirt with a red baseball cap locked on the waistline. The body is about 5’2 in height, stout in build, about 45 years old and without any identification.

The team towed the cadaver enroute to Katipunan Island and turned over the cadaver to the local PNP for further investigation and proper disposition.
