PCG: Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) honors Police Director Edgardo Casiguran Ingking, Director for Integrated Police Operations, Western Mindanao at the Headquarters Coast Guard Ready Force, Port Area, Manila on August 03. P/Dir Ingking formerly served as Commander of Coast Guard Station Ormoc and Assistant Commander of Coast Guard Station Cebu during his stint in the Philippine Coast Guard. He is a member of PMA Class "Sandigan" of 1982.
