PCG: A 19 year old man, who was reported missing since Friday, August 21, was successfully retrieved by the Coast Guard along the beach of Barangay Bago Aplaya, Talomo District, Davao City . 

Initial investigation revealed that Archene Dave Clerino, a resident of Poblacion Tubod, Surigao Del Norte, was under the influence of alcohol when he went swimming in Bago Aplaya Beach View. 

The incident was reported by Josefino Rellin of BDRRMC to the personnel of Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Daliao. 

At around 11:15 on August 23, Clerino's lifeless body was seen floating five meters from the shoreline where the Coast Guard immediately retrieved the cadaver and turned it over to the victim's family for proper disposition.
