PCG:  Over 3,000 residents of Barangay Payas, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte received relief goods from the Philippine Coast Guard and the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management and Resiliency Council (PDRRMRC) last Tuesday, August 25.

The beneficiaries were among the victims of Typhoon Ineng which hit Northern Luzon last week.

The repacking of the relief goods was held at the PDRRMRC-Ilocos Norte.
