Admiral Rodolfo D Isorena PCG graced the donning ceremony for the newly-promoted PCG non-officers during the morning colors, 07 September at the Headquarters Philippine Coast Guard, South Harbor, Manila.

During his speech, Admiral Isorena PCG extended his congratulations to the newly promoted PCG personnel assigned at the higher headquarters.
