PCG: Admiral Rodolfo D Isorena, Commandant Philippine Coast Guard together with Deputy Commandant, Rear Admiral William M Melad, spearheaded the oath-taking ceremony of the newly commissioned PCG ensigns at the Headquarters Philippine Coast Guard today, Sept. 16.

The officers are composed of thirteen graduates from Philippine Merchant Marine Academy and two from the US Coast Guard Academy.
