PCG: The Philippine Coast Guard has successfully conducted a mangrove planting activity in San Rafael IV, Noveleta, Cavite today October 15, as part of the “Adopt Program” of Marine Environmental Protection to sustain the marine ecosystem as well as address the increasing threat of climate change.

In connection with the said activity are participated by PCG personnel, LGU’s of Noveleta, Cavite, PCGA Squadron from Cavite, together with PENRO, Cavite and Noveleta Agriculture Office.
