DOTC-PCG: A teenage girl in Bula, Camarines Sur remains missing after a paddle boat accidentally capsized while crossing a river in Barangay Balogan.

The victim, Eva Manicdao, 17 years old and a resident of Angeles City, Pampanga, was reportedly onboard a paddle boat together with her four friends when it accidentally capsized.

The incident was immediately reported by Police Senior Inspector Monge PNP to the personnel of Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Balatan.

Together with the PNP-Bula and a rescue team including some divers from Buhi, a search and rescue operations was held but yielded negative results after several hours of diving operations.
