PCG. Coast Guard Station Sual together with Special Operations Unit – NWLZN and WASAR-PDRRMC successfully rescued two (2) nearly drowned persons sighted at the vicinity waters of Lingayen Beach in Pangasinan last April 19 around 9:30 AM.

The victims who were later identified as Andrew Batingal, 21 years old and Edison Caparas, 13 years old. Both are residents of Antipolo City. The team turned-over the two rescued victims to the provincial medical team for proper medication and were subsequently sent home to their respective families.
