COMMO JOSELITO F DELA CRUZ PCG, Chief of Coast Guard Staff led the turn-over ceremony of the Special Service Office (SSO) at the Officer's Lounge today, 18 June 2014.

LCDR JULIAN S BAYAWA PCG assumed as the new Commander of SSO while ENS MARK FRANKLIN A LIM II  was designated as the unit's Deputy Commander.
