Port State Control (PSC) Officers in Asia Pacific Region will a hold five day seminar on July 21 to 25, 2014 at the Diamond Hotel in Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

The said activity themed as “The 22nd Port State Control (PSC) Officers in the Asia Pacific Region and the workshop on Effective Implementation of International Convention” will be attended by all member authorities of the Tokyo Memorandum of understanding (MOU) namely Australia, Canada, Chile, China, Fiji, Hongkong (China), Indonesia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Marshall Island, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines Russian Federation, Singapore, Thailand, Vanuato and Vietnam.

This year’s Port State event will be hosted by the Philippine Coast Guard and facilitated by TOKYO MOU.
