PCG: Philippine Coast Guard Commandant, Vice Admiral Rodolfo D Isorena welcomes the delegates of the 22nd Port State Control (PSC) Officers in Asia Pacific Region Seminar and workshop on Effective Implementation of International Convention at the Diamond Hotel, Manila this morning, 21 July.

The 5 day seminar-workshop will focus on the developments and amendments in Port State Control policies, treaties, and conventions through sharing experiences to get clear picture of the PSC implementing conditions, emulative effective regional practices, and steer away from deficiencies.
